MCC is extending the Open Enrollment period for voluntary Long-Term Care (LTC) for employees through close of business May 16, 2003. During the Open Enrollment period, employees may enroll in LTC by answering only one question. After the Open Enrollment period, employees, spouses, children (age 18 and older), parents, parents-in-law, grandparents, and grandparents-in-law may enroll in LTC by completing a Long-Form Health Statement.
To assist with any questions regarding LTC, two additional LTC informational sessions will be offered by MedAmerica representative William Parsons on May 6, 2003, in room 3-172 at 1:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. In addition, you may visit the website at www.ltc-mcc.com, or call MedAmerica Customer Service at 1-800-545-0327.
