The MCC Board of Trustees unanimously approved CHARTING THE COURSE: MONROE COMMUNITY COLLEGE’S 2017-2021 STRATEGIC PLAN at last week’s board meeting. On behalf of the Strategic Planning Leadership Team, we hope you will find this plan to be inspiring, focused, and empowering as a valued contributor to the success of the College.
The new strategic plan will be officially rolled out at the start of the 2017-2018 academic year. In the meantime, the College will work to close out the current strategic plan. Employees working on 2017-18 budgets, leaves for professional development, awards, etc., which will be implemented in the 2017-18 academic year, are asked to base their proposals on the new 2017-2021 strategic plan attached.
