Chief Diversity Officer Candidate David Everett Open Forum Today

The CDO Search Committee is pleased to invite members of the College community to open forums for the Chief Diversity Officer position. The third open forum will be held on Tuesday, May 1 and will provide the community with the opportunity to meet candidates for this role and to provide feedback regarding their suitability for the position. The Brighton Campus open forum will be held at 12:00 pm in the Empire Room. The Downtown Campus open forum will be held at 3:30 pm in Room 352. The committee will be welcoming Dr. David Everett on campus that day.

Dr. Everett has served as Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Consultant for the State of Minnesota Department of Human Services, Chief Affirmative Action Officer, State of Minnesota, Dean, Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative, St. Paul, MN, Director, Multicultural and Assistant Director Student Services at Luther Seminary, St. Paul, MN, Assistant Director EO/EEO, State of Minnesota National Guard, Assistant Professor at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities, and Adjunct Faculty at Gustavus Adolphus College, St. Peter, MN. Dr. Everett received a Doctorate of Philosophy, Leadership and Master of Divinity, Leadership from Luther Seminary, Mini-MBA Certificate, Public Administration and Management, Hamline University, St. Paul, MN, Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration, Kentucky State University, Associate of Arts, Liberal Arts, Monroe Community College.

We encourage all members of the College community to attend the open forum to meet Dr. Everett and learn more about his background and skill set.
