Respectful Workplaces Training - March 27th - 30th

Next week MCC welcomes Outreach and Education Coordinators from the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) on campus to conduct in person training for MCC employees on respectful workplaces. For more information, refer to the President's Wednesday Message from March 14th.

Are you wondering what you can expect from the training? Here are some highlights:

✓ Separate modules for supervisors and employees
✓ Reviews acceptable conduct in the workplace
✓ Teaches how to create respectful workplaces
✓ Provides tools for responding to harassing conduct
✓ Teaches bystanders when and how to intervene
