Campus Events:  Who We Are and What We Do

The Campus Events Office is located in building 3, room 120.  We are here to assist with your event needs, whether for a meeting room or for a large reception or athletic competition.  We schedule all Brighton and ATC facilities when they are used in a non-academic purpose.  The office staff is comprised of Dan Raimondo- Acting Director, Courtney Sprague-Coordinator, Yolanda Johnson - Technical Assistant and Sauntevia Major-Receptionist.  We are happy to introduce our new full time receptionist Sauntevia Major and Sam Tate our new set up labor foreman.

We would be happy to assist you in learning our scheduling software, Ad Astra, or show you how to use Microsoft Visio to do a layout for your event.  We have often sat on committees with respect to logistics to make the planning easier.  Additionally, we are available for meetings to assist in completing paperwork or to review what facilities might be available.  If you would like to set up a time to see our facilities, please reach out.  We are available via email or phone.  Our contact information is:

We work very closely with our Support Services, and would appreciate the opportunity to share with you how these department’s roles assist in the success of your event.  The Campus Events Application is set up in a way to encourage you to think about and share your needs and allows us to communicate with Building Services, AV, Facilities, Parking, Safety, Public Safety, and Operations.

With over 32 collective years of experience in Campus Events with MCC’s facilities and services we hope you will reach out and let us help you with your planning needs.  As with any healthy relationship, communication is key, please give us a call today; it’s never too soon to check on availability.
