Sardisco's Work Included in National Exhibition


Two works by Karen Sardisco, Fine Arts faculty in the Visual and Performing Arts department, will be included in the 50th Chautauqua National Exhibition to be held at the Chautauqua Institution, Chautauqua, NY from June 24th –July 11th, 2007. Artists nationally were invited to submit samples of work; to commemorate the exhibition's 50th year only 50 works were selected for the exhibition. A gallery talk by jurors Michael Olijnyk and Barbara Luderowski, co-directors of the Mattress Factory Museum, a contemporary art museum in Pittsburgh, PA will be held at 2:00 pm on June 24th, with a reception for the artists following from 3:00-5:00pm.
