All medical, dental and flexible spending accounts forms need to be submitted to Human Resources by November 30th. If you do not wish to make any changes to your medical or dental coverage, you do not need to do anything; your medical and dental plan(s) will remain the same for 2016.
If you are interested in or wish to continue a flexible spending account in 2016, an FSA form must be completed each year to participate.
Avoid missing the November 30th deadline – act today! All forms can be found on the myMCC Home tab under Personal Announcements.
