Randy Rezabek and Mary Hallett were presenters at the SUNY TLT (Teaching, Learning, and Technology) annual meeting on December 8th, in Saratoga Springs, New York. This event was sponsored by SUNY Learning Environments, SUNY Training Center, and SUNY FACT. Randy and Mary's presentation was entitled, "Faculty Development Program for Hybrid and Web-enhanced Course Development." This session focused on MCC's process for developing hybrid and Web-enhanced courses utilizing SUNY CourseSpace. The presentation covered the initial hybrid proposal process, including MCC's Hybrid Course Policy as well as a review of the development cycle including the local training program and the complimentary SUNY Courses. Randy is coordinator of instructional design and Mary is an instructional development specialist for the Instructional Technologies Department.
