Chemistry Professor Lydia Tien's Research Published in Journal of Chemical Education
Chemistry professor Lydia Tien co-authored a research article, "Thinking Processes Associated with Undergraduate Chemistry Students" Success at Applying a Molecular-Level Model in a New Context," published in the September issue of the Journal of Chemical Education. The research was conducted with students in her CHE 151 classes and identified thinking processes that helped students apply their learning to a new context.
