Starting Tuesday September 6th the new Technology Support Line (292-TECH) launches! The MCC Technology Support Line provides a single point of contact to assist faculty, staff and now students with connecting to and utilizing MCC technologies. Internally you can dial xTECH (8324) or now you can dial 292-TECH from off campus!
Using this new single point of contact, you can reach:
1. Student Technology Support (NEW!)
2. Classroom Technology Support (x2828 - AVAV )
3. General Office Technology Support (x4357 - HELP)
The Technology Support Line now includes a student option that includes the following services:
· Email login
· Angel login
· M & S drive
· Campus PC login
· Campus Wifi
· Account Activation (new students)
· Banner PIN resets (walk-up only)
