On October 13th, Joann Santos, CSTEP Director, served as one of the panel members in the Hispanic Leaders Panel Discussion hosted by the Rochester City School District- East High School. Panel members were asked to share their successful experiences as leaders and provide insight and advice in regards to leadership development. Other panel members included representatives from the City of Rochester, IBERO, University of Rochester, and State Farm Insurance.
This event was offered as part of the National Hispanic Heritage Month under the theme: Celebrando Nuestras Raíces (Celebrating our Roots).
