On Tuesday, Nov. 26, Eric Wheeler, coordinator of MCC’s Veteran Services Office, turned the tables on Channel 8’s Kevin Doran by presenting him with a Golden Patriot Award for supporting regional veterans. Doran, who is well-known for surprising area educators with the Golden Apple Award, was honored – and very surprised.
