Michael Heel, Coordinator of Academic Assessment and Program Review, led a day-long workshop for faculty and administrative leaders at Suffolk Community College on September 28, 2012. Over 80 people attended Michael’s workshop, “Applying Assessment Principles for Effective Curriculum Design.” Michael was invited back to Suffolk to give a follow-up workshop spring 2013 on curriculum alignment, curriculum mapping, and the assessment of general education.
