Dr. Emeterio M. Otero, Executive Dean of the Damon City Campus, participated in a distinguished panel of Latino professionals for participants in the Hillside Work Scholarship Connection on October 23 at Wegman’s Corporate Pavilion in Chili. Dr. Otero shared his experience as a Latino with a high-profile position in higher education and answered questions from the audience. Hillside Work-Scholarship Connection’s mission is to increase the high school graduation rate among urban students, equipping students with the essentials skills and knowledge to graduate and pursue post secondary education or enter the workforce.
