Academic Services, Human Resources, and Student Services are happy to announce that a new tab on Blackboard called Professional Development is now live!
This tab offers the ability for you to take ADV workshops online and to access short videos on topics crucial to academic advisement. ADV 104: Degree Works and ADV 200: Introduction to Developmental Advisement are currently open and ready for your participation, and ADV 101: Introduction to Advisement will be ready very soon. The list of advisement-related videos include important topics such as Reading the Math Flow Chart, Competitive Health Program Quality Points Introduction, and Advising for Education Students, among others. Many more ADV workshops and videos are in the works, so keep checking for new additions!
This tab also will provide you with access to other training topics including health and safety and technology training, with additional areas such as Title IX and the TCC in development.
