Curriculum Director Charlotte Downing’s article, "From Paper Stacks to Process Success: MCC’s Curriculum Database Project," appears in the September 2004 edition of Instructional Leadership Abstracts (ILA). The publication by the National Council of Instructional Administrators features articles about “best practices to enhance an institution’s instructional mission.”
Ms. Downing, Ernest Mellas (Biology) and Robert Bertram (Computing) were recognized in 2003 with an Innovation of the Year Award as leaders of the team that created the database that is the subject of this ILA article.
