Marie Fetzner, Assistant to the VP, ETS and Banner Project Manager, was
the keynote speaker at the January 20, 2005 meeting of the Association
of Women in Computing-Upstate New York chapter (AWC-UNY). Fetzner's
presentation, "Implementing ERP Solutions: Lessons Learned" focused on
project planning essentials, dealing with cultural and technological
change, working with project consultants, taking charge of the ERP plan
and dealing with other organizational and leadership issues related to
the implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning solution. MCC's
ERP system, Banner, was highlighted in the presentation.
