Human Resources was informed that the MCC Daily Tribune message published on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 needs clarification.
Please be informed, Chapter 45 of the Laws of 2010 does not cover or apply to CSEA employees. Chapter 45 only applies to NYSUT affiliated bargaining units such as our Faculty Association and is mandatory for adoption by state employers.
