Helen Elam MCC Scholarship Application

DEADLINE: FEBRUARY 24, 2017

You may be eligible for this scholarship if:

-you are a full-time CSEA member in good standing (management confidential status employees are not eligible) and taking MCC courses.

-you are a full-time CSEA member in good standing and have a child attending MCC, your child is eligible.

-you have not received this scholarship in the previous semester

Each scholarship is $100.

This scholarship can help cover the educational fees in the fall and spring semesters only.

This award may be used at MCC only for either you or your child.

This scholarship is fully funded by donations by CSEA members.

The deadline for the fall 2017 semester is February 24, 2017.

Please complete this application and return it to Mary Miller, Purchasing Services, Building 21.  The Scholarship committee of CSEA members will select the recipients of two (2) one-hundred dollar ($100) scholarships which will be paid immediately, but contingent upon successful course completion when you submit your fall 2016 transcript with a passing grade of 3.0 or better.
