Lincoln, Douglass & Condello?

The Rochester Oratorio Society is having a concert on Saturday, March 7 at 7:30 pm at the Hochstein School of Music. In addition to hearing the 155-member Rochester Oratorio Society perform a setting of the Gettysburg Address by Rochester’s own David Diamond, your concert experience will include the world-renowned Morgan State University Choir, under the direction of Dr. Eric Conway. The choir has recently performed for President Obama and for audiences at the Kennedy Center and Carnegie Hall. The choir was named the “Best College Choir in the U.S.” by Reader’s Digest (2004).

Performances by the Bach Children’s Chorus, Baritone Jeffrey McGhee and local historians and renactors will complete this one-of-a-kind concert experience!

Come and sit with Rosanna Condello, who as a non-singing Board Member, might be lonely watching her MCC friends Amanda Malone (Mathematics), Virginia Payne, (Transitional Studies), Bill Wagoner (Educational Technology Services), Liz Neureiter-Seeley (Retiree, ESOL and Foreign Languages), and Karen Frantz (Student Support Services) singing onstage.

Tickets are $18 available at the door or from any of the above folks.
