Please support the MCC Hospitality Management students as they participate in Taste of Localvore on Monday, September 27, 2010, from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. MCC will have a table there with one of our adjunct instructors, Jenn DiGaetano, along with some of our culinary students preparing menus from locally produced products.
This event will bring together consumers and local food producers. Sample delicious dishes prepared by area chefs using locally grown Fall bounty including tastings of hors d’oeuvres, entrées, desserts, local oils, and a “slider” bar, just to name a few. Enjoy live music in the outdoor entertainment tent. There will also be drawings for Localvore giveaways and cooking classes.
