The College has landed some significant national media placements in the last week.
*An Associated Press article on the role of community colleges in homeland security training was picked up by CNN.com, USAToday.com and newspapers across the country. The article quoted President Tom Flynn and included a picture of the Public Safety Training Center.
*Homeland Security and Defense newsletter published "Community colleges launch push for more first-responder training" in its Feb. 4 issue, quoting President Flynn.
*MCC student Crystal Ezman is quoted in Movin' On magazine, which reachs high school students across the country. The article features students from across the country talking about why they chose a community college.
