Brigitte Martineau, instructor, mathematics, has been chosen as one of a select national group of Project ACCCESS (Advancing Community College Careers: Education, Scholarship and Service) fellows for the next project cycle starting in the fall. Project ACCCESS is jointly sponsored by the American Mathematical Association of Two-Year Colleges (AMATYC) and the Mathematical Association of America (MAA), and is targeted at faculty within their first three years of full-time teaching. Brigitte will be expected to attend several MAA sectional and AMATYC national conferences. As an integral part of their professional development during their Fellowship year, Fellows are expected to develop, implement, and evaluate a project at their home institution.  Fellows will also participate in an electronic network which will link Project ACCCESS Fellows and a group of distinguished mathematics educators.
