Professor Paulette Peterson was recognized by the New York State Society of Radiologic Sciences for meritorious service on November 3rd in Corning. Professor Peterson has been actively involved in the NYSSRS since 1992, most recently as immediate past president. Over the last twenty years, she has also served as conference chair, treasurer, vice president, newsletter chair, education & scholarship chair. During her two terms as president of the NYSSRS, she represented medical imaging science professionals in New York at the American Society of Radiologic Technologists national convention as the NYS Affiliate Chapter Delegate.
