MCC athletics to offer webcasts of select games

The Monroe Community College athletics program has teamed up with LiveSportsVideo.com, a provider of online streaming for live broadcasts, to offer fans webcasts of contests.

Beginning this spring, the sports information office will begin to broadcast select Tribune athletic events, each of which will be available for live online viewing at no cost to the viewer.

LiveSportsVideo also provides a homepage from which each of MCC’s broadcasted events can be seen. Additionally, each broadcast will be archived on LiveSportsVideo.com, categorized by sport, for future viewing.

The first official broadcast will be a men's lacrosse game between Monroe and top-ranked Onondaga, at 1 p.m. this Saturday, March 19.

There is no fee to sign up with LiveSportsVideo.  Simply register with a username, password, and valid e-mail address to start viewing MCC sports teams in action.  The link below takes you to Monroe's personalized LiveSportsVideo page.
