Summer Classrooms

By now, faculty have been contacted twice via email on their room assignments for Summer 2017. Please review your room assignments and submit any changes or missing rooms online through the classroom change link. The link is available on the faculty tab of myMCC under faculty tools.

This link should be used for faculty assigned to a course, who are looking for a permanent room change for the semester. It is important to note that we do not have an online request form available yet for one-time room requests (i.e., computer labs). For now, those should continue to be emailed to us. Don’t worry … that’s next on our agenda!

The requestor (faculty member) will get an email once the request can been sent so they know the link worked, and the requestor will receive an email once the room change has gone through supplying them with the new room assignment.

We want to cut down on the amount of room changes that happen AFTER students are notified of their schedules. We encourage all faculty to come on campus and look at their rooms to make sure each room will meet their needs for the semester. Changes often happen to the equipment and furniture in the rooms so it’s always better to check your assigned rooms.
