On March 4, Heze Simmons, CFO/VP for Administrative Services was honored by the Trinity Emmanuel Presbyterian Church at its Black Heritage Dinner. The event recognized three local leaders for their contributions to the community and to helping the dreams of others come true. In addition to the award, Heze was honored with a proclamation from County Executive Cheryl Dinolfo, who attended the dinner and praised Heze for his innovative and collaborative spirit in service of our students and College. He also received a proclamation from Legislator John Lightfoot on behalf of the County Legislature and a commendation from Congresswoman Louise Slaughter.
