Tom Capuano Presents at Technology and Learning Conference

Tom Capuano recently presented at the 23rd annual Technology and Learning Conference in Blue Bell, PA. His presentation was entitled "Go Team! A Team Based Approach to Developing Online Courses." Tom represented the Virtual Campus in presenting MCC's online course development process, which is based on Open SUNY's OSCQR Rubric and Course Review process. What makes MCC's online course design process unique is that there is a team assigned to support each faculty member while they are developing their online course. Each team consists of an instructional designer, multimedia specialist, and librarian who assist in the research and/or design of learning materials for the delivery of each course.
