MCC Daily Tribune

Exploring diversity and personal bias- A Professional Development event for ALL Faculty AND staff!

Want to help ensure that MCC is a great place to work? Please join the Office of Title IX, the African American Affinity Group, The Latino Empowerment Network (LEN), and the LGBTQ Affinity Group for a morning of interactive learning. Impact Interactive, as trained performance educators, will be facilitating a morning of learning. From Impact Interactive:

"This workshop uses theatre-based activities and trained performance educators to encourage participants to reflect on and give voice to their own thoughts, feelings and concerns about diversity issues at MCC. Participants will have opportunities to identify biases and inequities, share ideas and experiences, consider and appreciate multiple points of view, and engage in verbal problem-solving."
