Check out our final FFT menu below that will start on Tuesday, April 25th!! This menu includes French Onion Soup, Chicken French, Cobb Salad, Tuna Melt, and Stuffed Baked Potato. Also, we will be featuring two desserts – Cheesecake and Grilled Pound Cake with Berry Compote and Whipped Cream. All food is prepared, cooked, and served daily by students in the hospitality management program. We specialize in house-made, local food. Food For Thought is MCC’s instructional laboratory operating Monday - Thursday from 11:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m., located in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center (3- 146).
