There is an online form available on the RTS website or through the A- Z index, B for bus service at www.monroecc.edu -link is at the bottom of the page.

Common questions and concerns may be able to be answered through information sharing. Please consider the list of FAQ's below:

Question/Concern: This is not the same as the MCC Shuttle. I didn't know I was going to have to change buses at the transit center.

TRUE: this is not the same route between campuses as the previous MCC Shuttle. Bus 55, 155 and 23 travel between the Brighton Campus and the Mortimer Street Shelter of the Transit Center. Bus 5 travels between the Mortimer street shelter and the Downtown Campus. These routes are free to MCC employees and staff with a valid MCC ID, when classes are in session. Bus schedules can be found at www.myrts.com/MCC or through the A-Z index, B for Bus Service at www.monroecc.edu Please allow for an hour of travel time between campuses.

Question/Concern: The bus schedule for 5, 55, 155 and 23 is not convenient for my class schedule.

If you prefer to customize your travel schedule, please use the RTS trip planner on www.myrts.com or download the RTS App. The Trip Planner will provide you with all route options available for the specific day and time you are going to travel. The cost to ride RTS is $1.00 per trip or you can purchase an all-day unlimited ride pass for $3.00 on the RTS website or the Campus Center Service Desk. Pass is activated at the day/time of your first use and valid for 24 hours. 31-Day and Stored Value passes are also available at the Campus Center Service Desk.

Question/Concern: The bus is late/Where's my bus?

Stay connected with RTS by signing up for text alerts on the RTS webpage or download the RTS Where's My Bus? App today!

Concern: The bus is already full when it arrived.

RTS is monitoring ridership closely to ensure we are meeting needs during peak times. MCC and RTS will be connecting weekly at the beginning of the semester to review these numbers and determine if any adjustments need to be made. Please allow for an hour of travel time between campuses.
