5K Walk/Run for Water for South Sudan -- This Saturday!

Join with colleagues, students, and community members this Saturday, 10/13 as we walk MCC’s Brighton Campus in support of a phenomenal cause: Water for South Sudan.  Founded by former Sudanese Lost Boy and MCC alumnus Salva Dut, WFSS drills fresh water wells in South Sudan.  The results of its efforts are profound: education, improved healthcare, commerce, and more are possible because of the introduction of clean water.  The Holocaust, Genocide, and Human Rights Project’s student group fundraises for WFSS throughout each academic year, and its annual 5k walk/run represents its largest fundraising event.  Please join us for a lovely walk around campus on Saturday morning, ask friends and family to join you, and ask others to sponsor your efforts.
