The Counseling Center will be offering a Healthy Decision Making Workshop on Thursday, February 11, 2016 from 3:00-4:00 pm in 3-115. Please encourage MCC students to attend! Some of the discussion topics will feature; nutrition, stress reduction, time management, alcohol use, sleep and sexual health. Feel free to print out the attached flyer to share with your students.
