This is a reminder to those who are considering nominating someone for the NISOD (Institute for Staff and Organizational Development) award. This award is designed to honor those individuals who have, in some way, gone above and beyond their job responsibilities to make our college a better place to learn and to work.
Full time teaching faculty and full time non teaching professionals in the early stages of their careers at MCC, with 3 to 10 years of experience are eligible for nomination.
It is the responsibility of the nominator to collect letters of recommendation, from which no less than two and no more than three should be submitted. These letters should indicate as clearly as possible how the individual has gone above and beyond their job responsibilities. Specific examples are encouraged.
Please submit nine copies of all materials by 5:00p.m. Monday October 27, 2008. They should be submitted to Carmen Powers; 5-214; 585-292-3367.
