NISOD Innovation Abstracts, February 2010
This week’s issue of Innovation Abstracts, In "Collaboration: Bridging the Discipline Divide," members of the Critical Thinking Initiative, at Tulsa Community College (OK), describe a successful strategy for establishing consistent critical thinking terminology and bridge-building activities across disciplines. The results include improved student engagement and a collaborative process that focuses students and faculty on their individual and collective learning.
