CSEA Members

Happy New Year CSEA Members,

With the New Year comes new challenges. The Monroe Community College Foundation seeks and secures private funds to supplement MCC's traditional revenue sources. Last year the Gold Star Gala entertained 180 guests at Locust Hill Country Club. The event raised approximately $28,000 for student scholarships, programs and faculty development. Guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner and wine tasting as well as both a silent and live auction featuring the skills and talents of over 60 MCC faculty and staff.

The MCC Foundation invites CSEA members to be more involved this year. Please put your minds and hearts together and come up with "fun" items such as wine tours, crafts, and personal service - house, baby or pet sitting. Do you sew, paint, have a "green thumb", give dance lessons, give snowboarding lessons? Dig down in your talents and showcase them at this wonderful event.

CSEA members now have tuition waived for spouses, dependent children and dependent step-children (on seat available basis). Let us get together and help fundraise by donating our time/and or talent to help our dependents even more.

For more information for CSEA Gift Certificates or Donor Agreements contact Joyce Medwin at
