The 2010 Wage and Tax Statements (Form W-2) were mailed on Thursday, January 27, 2011. The forms are also available via the Employee section of Banner Self-Service. The Self-Service forms may also be used for submission to the Internal Revenue Service.
Attached is a breakdown of the calculation of your taxable wages.
