The MCC Banner Student team, co-chaired by Betsy Ripton and Taine Vinci,
began formal Banner training this week. The Banner Student module is the
largest of the five Banner modules, and the team will continue training
on various Banner topics through August 2006. The first MCC student
registration on Banner is scheduled for Summer 2006. Donna Burke and
Denise Klein are assistant Banner Student module co-leaders.
Banner facts:
In 2006, Banner Student will house over 378,000 academic history
records, of which approximately 56,000+ are registration records for the
Fall term.
In 2006, Banner Student will include over 3,000 courses and 2,600+
course sections.
Over 30 Banner Finance two-hour Self-Service end user training sessions
were held in July and August 2004.
