MCC's Biennial Review of Alcohol and Other Drug Programs


The Drug-Free Schools and Campuses Regulations of the Drug-Free Schools and Communities Act require institutions of higher education to certify it has adopted and implemented programs to prevent the abuse of alcohol and use of or distribution of illicit drugs by both students and employees on its premises and as part of its activities.

Attached below, please find MCC’s Biennial Review of Alcohol and Other Drug Programs covering the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 academic year.  The intention of this document is to meet the legal requirements and to also summarize the programs and activities related to alcohol and drug prevention on MCC’s campuses.
