Human Rights Panel Discussion

In 1948 the United Nations' General Assembly proclaimed its Declaration of Human Rights, but 'how much blood and treasure' are people and countries willing to pay to achieve its vision?

Four internationally renown human rights experts will participate in a panel discussion to address that question. Please plan to attend the next event in the Holocaust Genocide Studies Project's 2005 Human Rights Series:

Human Rights Panel: How much blood and treasure?
Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 7 pm
Warshof Conference Center
R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center
Free and open to the public.

Hear from Matthew Levinger, Academy for Genocide Prevention, U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum; Joshua Rubenstein, Amnesty International, USA; Rev. Elisee Rutagambwa, SJ, Boston College; and John Stompor, Human Rights First. The event moderator will be Bill Drumright, Ph.D., Anthropology/History/Political Science/Sociology
