Speaking about equality in education will be William Cala, Ed.D., former interim superintendent of the Rochester City School District and former superintendent of the Fairport Central School District; Jonathan Feldman, senior attorney on education and civil rights, with the Empire Justice Center <<https://www.empirejustice.org/), and Janet Waasdorp, assistant professor of teacher education, Monroe Community College. The event will focus primarily on student equality in secondary education.
It is sponsored by MCC’s chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, international honor society, and the college’s Department of Teacher Education.
