Flower City Habitat for Humanity's new "ReStore"

Flower City Habitat for Humanity is opening a new ReStore location in Henrietta soon!  To help introduce this location, volunteers from Habitat will be here on Friday, October 7 in the R. Thomas Flynn Campus Center Atrium from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 noon with information about the grand opening and a small display of items ReStore offers for sale.

If you aren’t familiar with Habitat’s ReStore, it’s a home improvement and donation center that sells new and gently used furniture, appliances, home accessories, building materials, and more, to the public at a fraction of the retail price. By shopping and donating at Habitat ReStore, customers help keep home improvement waste out of local landfills and help Habitat for Humanity build more decent, affordable housing in Rochester. In fact, 100 percent of proceeds from ReStore go back to Habitat to help drive their mission to build more homes for families in Rochester.
