“THANKSGIVING….FROM A NATIVE AMERICAN PERSPECTIVE”
Come hear Perry Ground a turtle clan member of the Onondaga nation of the haudenosaunee (Iroquois) confederacy who has been a storyteller for almost 20 years talk about the history and myths about thanksgiving. Perry will also share how Native Americans experience thanksgiving and he will also talk about the haudensaunee’s thanksgiving address.
