Rochester Children's Book Festival

Recognize any of these children’s books?

-          How Do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight?
-          Bunnicula
-          The Higher Power of Lucky
-          Jeremy Thatcher, Dragon Hatcher
-          The Rough-Face Girl
-          A Single Shard
-          Library Lion
-          The Mysterious Tadpole

Not only are all of these great reads, but they’re also produced by local talent.  And you can meet their authors and illustrators in person here at MCC!  Now in its 16th year, the Rochester Area Children’s Writers and Illustrators group’s annual book festival offers a phenomenal way to connect with over 40 local children’s authors and illustrators.  More than 350 titles for children of all ages will be on display – purchase signed copies as gifts or treasured keepsakes.  Additionally, the festival provides book-related activities for children throughout the day, including author readings and conversations about everything from creating graphic novels to writing poetry to drawing creepy critters.  Admission is FREE!  For more information, visit the festival’s web site (<https://rochesterchildrensbookfestival.org/rcbf/Welcome.html>).  This event is co-sponsored by MCC and 292-BABY.
