The American Association for Women in Community Colleges (AAWCC) is dedicated to changing women’s lives through leadership and education, thus strengthening our colleges and communities. The MCC chapter of AAWCC sponsors educational programs of particular interest to our faculty and staff and sponsors several service projects during the year, such as the April Take Our Sons and Daughters to Work Day.
