As stated in the 4/12/2010 memo from V.P. Simmons, Re: Fiscal Year 2010 Cut-off Dates, in order to accommodate and complete work order requests before the Fall semester, you must submit them to the Facilities office no later than June 22, 2010. This date will provide the necessary time to order any additional supplies needed before the deadline for submissions of requisitions. Work order requests received after this date will be accomplished beginning on September 1, 2010.
