The I’m Ready Program of Rochester, N.Y. is a non- profit program which takes long- term suspended students and provides them with a trusting and respectful learning environment. The program’s goal is to take the average incoming student and encourage them to pursue their true interest and develop skills to have individual success. The program is vital to the Rochester City School District, because for most of these students this is their last chance to stay in school. The program’s passion is needed and extremely successful, with a graduation success rate of 88 percent.
