Leadership Workshops Offered This Week


Below is a list of the Leadership Workshops offered THIS WEEK by the Brighton Campus Center.

These workshops are designed to help your students develop their leadership skills, understand their leadership style and hone their communication skills.

Students can sign up in advance or just walk In!  To see a full list of all the workshops and sign up go to https://www.monroecc.edu/go/leadership.

In addition, participation in these workshops will help put them on track to earning a LEADERSHIP CERTIFICATE in the new Leadership Certificate Program.  Information for this new program can also be found on the web or by visiting the Brighton Campus Center Office in the Flynn Campus Center, Room 3-126, or the Damon City Campus Center, Room 4-020, for more information. 

Please encourage your students to attend these valuable workshops and begin the steps to their own personal and leadership development!

The Co-Curricular Transcript is a listing of out-of-class learning experiences resulting in a final document that’s an official record of a student’s co-curricular activities and accomplishments. This workshop provides an introduction and direction towards meaningful leadership experiences and how to document them.

Being able to juggle a busy schedule is a fundamental skill of successful leaders. This workshop will show you how to identify your priorities, maximize your time and get organized so you can utilize your time more efficiently.

ETHICAL LEADERSHIP

Participants in this workshop will explore the characteristics of ethical leaders and learn how ethical behavior can create positive relationships with others.

Difficult people - we all know at least one! Some of these folks can be downright impossible to work with. Unless you know how! This workshop will help you learn successful strategies to keep your peace of mind while accomplishing your goals.
