Over 177 parents and students attended the Admissions Office 2nd Annual Honors Reception at Monroe Community College on Thursday, March 27, 2003. Christine Casalinuovo coordinated the event with assistance from the Admissions Office team. Invitations were sent to prospective and accepted students for Fall 2003 who had high school averages above 85 and SAT scores that exceeded 1100. High school juniors who expressed interest in our Honors Program were also invited.
Of the 177 parents and students attending, 37 high schools were represented with 74 students in attendance.
Special thanks goes to Vice President Janet Glocker, Jodi Oriel - Phi Theta Kappa Advisor, Lee Adnepos - Director of the Honors Program, Mark Schwartz - Financial Aid Office, MCC Phi Theta Kappa Honors Students, and Admissions Office Student Ambassadors for their participation in this very successful Honors Reception.
