Audiovisual Information

Learning Resources welcomes you back for a productive semester.

This article is to remind you of the reasons to use the AV Hotline.

 AV Hotline:

Please use the AV Hotline by calling x2828 from on any MCC campus or 585-292-2000 x2828 from off-campus locations.  The Audiovisual Hotline was created for you to you for three specific purposes:

To call for immediate help for AV needs in the classroom or event spaces
To order AV equipment for your classroom
To request audiovisual training including smart classrooms

The AV Hotline supports both the Brighton and Damon campuses, and is available during the hours of operation of those respective campuses.  Brighton AV Service hours are Monday through Thursday from 7:30am to 11:00pm, Fridays from 7:30am to 3:30pm and Saturdays from 9am-5pm.  Damon AV Service hours are Monday through Thursday from 8am to 8pm, Fridays from 8am to 4pm and Saturdays from 9am to 4pm.  We are also thrilled to announce that at the Brighton campus we now have a consistent voice answering your AV Hotline calls from 7:30am to 3:30pm each business day.
